Human CPU

The brain is a three-pound supercomputer. It is the command and control center of your body. I can imagine small little people running along your brain lines carrying out little tiny order scripts to different parts of your body to carry out the movement or reaction. It determines how thoughtful you are; how polite or how rude you are. It determines how well you think on your feet, and it is involved with how well you do at work and with your family.

So has anyone thought of how to increase your brain’s capacity or increase its efficiency? Please share your insights with me! You’ll make my life alot easier. Haha! Imagine having a SUPER-DUPER 100,000,000,000GB Brain RAM (Random Access Memory) installed in your head.

Are you like this?

Exams Soon! :\
Obviously can’t go into an exam with Homer’s brain :O

Come One, Come All

To start off.. I did not pick the name of the post, it just happened to be the song playing on my laptop.

Right now I’m trying to do some of my tutorial work for my classes tomorrow but, It’s safe to say that I’ve given up for one of my tutorials because I am so lost. The other one however is not too bad. The last couple days I’ve been working most mornings I usually stumble out of bed at 6am and walk up to work and every time I seem to get caught up in bad weather. Anyway on Tuesday and Thursday morning I was really amazed at how beautiful everything is when no-one is around and it’s semi dark and is dead quiet. At times like that I really do appreciate walking to work in the morning but most importantly the work God has created for us. I think in those 10 minutes I really do spend time with God and marvel at His creation.

May I also add it’s a bad idea to go to work early and expect to go to uni afterward for about 7 hours. After my shift on Tuesday I went to my classes despite the horrible weather I got to hour 3 of my day and was already suffering. I was falling asleep in my lecture and then would wake up after about 5 seconds (I had actually done that the day before but work up once really abruptly by jolting up straight). After that I actually left to catch up on some sleep. Anyway I should be getting back to work otherwise I’ll never get my work done.

Linda.. =D

Wrapping up a good holiday!

Sorry for not updating my Queensland trip. It has been pretty insane the past few days. Right now, I’m on the plane back to Melbourne where Qyn and Sonja are making the kids sleep, Nick is snoozing and Gab is watching some videos. I’m pretty tired and tomorrow I have a group assignment tomorrow, which I have no idea what it is on about.

Day 5 at Queensland

Day 5 was a long day where Gab, Nick and I went to Movie World. Movie World had more of a “wow” factor where characters would come around the place compared to Dreamland. The rides were pretty crazy as well. I did all of it but one, which is the lethal weapon. Gab and Nick was trying to convince me to go on it but I it just look too crazy. Watch some pretty cool shows such as the Shrek 4D. Day 5 at Queensland ended at having a nice dinner at Hogs Breath.

Day 6 at Queensland

An intense Day 5 at Queensland resulted us to sleep in. The whole group decided to go back to Dreamland where Nick and Gab can finally ride the tower of terror. Turns out the ride were not good as it suppose to be. As for me, I hanged with Mika and Asher, which a lot better than riding a thriller ride. We also watch special shows such as the Tiger show where we saw how Tigers can jump pretty high even though they weight like 195 kg and even climb trees. Also checked out the show called “Slime” which gave me a lot of ideas that can be used for Fungus. Went to the water park after where it was an ok day to have a swim. Would be better if it was in the summer. There pretty cool rides such the Green Zone, Super Hydro and The wedge. The Wedge was a pretty scary ride. Pretty much you’re stuck in a tube. After that, the floor disappears and you’re going down a tube where water is splashing at your face. The day ended with everyone eating a pretty classy restaurant.

Day 7 at Queensland

The final day at Queensland was pretty much a relaxing day. Spent the day at the beach where most of us were just letting the sun bake us. Nothing really much happened as we ate a seafood store for dinner. After that, we went to the bar to watch the Community Shield between Man Utd and Chelsea. We all left at half time except Nick. That’s how Day 7 turned out.

In all honesty, I really wanted a break from everything. Things like from Uni, soccer, Fungus, Sunday school has really kept me busy for this year. After having a good break, I feel really re-energised and with all awesome shows from Movie World and Dreamworld, I feel that Fungus is going to be a lot different. First things first, I need a nap! Anyway,  I do miss you guys and hope to see you soon even though could do another week at Gold Coast. Haha! That wraps up my Queensland trip. Hopefully I will be able to blog once a week and start doing some workouts. Til Next Time!
