Competition Rules

We are giving away a Wii to one of the registered members of the fungus.com.au! Actually, there's a new prize every three months! Thats right, YOU could win a Nintendo Wii just by logging on to fungus.com.au and answering our simple Question Of The Week.

How it works:

1. Complete the free registration, and wait for us to activate you (we will contact you to check that you are a real person, and that you are eligible for the competition).

2. Log in and vote on our "Question of the Week" section for one entry in the draw for the Rally Prize. There will be a question every week, and so every week you participate in the poll, you get another entry in the draw. However, only one vote is allowed per member per week.

3. Rock up at our HUGE FUNGUS RALLY where we will conduct the live draw for the big prize. If you aren't there, we will draw another name from the bucket. We don't want to be chasing people all over melbourne to give them whatever awesome prize we've come up with. You'll get the prize immediately if you win.

Conditions of Competition

1. By entering the competition all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conidtions and by any other requirements set out.

2. This competition is open to all Victorian youth that pass the conditions set out in the terms and conditions for the use of this website and are registered at fungus.com.au. Registration on fungus.com.au is restricted to high school aged youth primarily, however exceptions may be made on application.

3. No purchase is necessary for entry to the draw.

4. The Promoter has the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. Members banned from the website will be excluded from the draw. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify or suspend memberships to the website without prior notice.

5. Each poll question may only be voted on once by each person.

6. Third party or bulk entries will be excluded from the draw

7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not recieved by the promoter

8. Closing date for the promotion is the last working day before the next Fungus Rally (Close of Business or 5pm)

9. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random by an independent person at the Fungus Rally. If the winner is not present at the Fungus Rally meeting, they forfeit the prize, and another participant's name will be drawn. This will continue until the participant's name which is draw is at the current Fungus Rally meeting.

10. The winner will be notified on the specified Fungus Rally meeting

11. The prize is what has been announced at fungus meetings. There is no prize or cash alternative.

12. All liability for tax associated with the receipt of this prize is the responsibility of the prize winner.

13. It is a condition of entry that the winner co-operates fully for publicity purposes if so required.

14. The Promoter's decision is final.

15. The Promoter is Full Gospel Assembly Melbourne.
